About All In Health | The Philosophy Behind Relationship Health™
A calm, light-filled reading corner

Our Story

We built this because we believe one idea changes everything.

Healthier relationships create healthier lives.

At All In Health, we believe people don't simply struggle with anxiety, addiction, trauma, depression, or stress. They struggle with the impact those experiences have on relationships.

Relationships with themselves.
Relationships with the people they love.
Relationships with work, family, their future, and the person they are still becoming.

Rather than organizing our work around diagnoses, we organize it around something more human: the relationships that shape every part of your life.

"Every challenge is experienced through a relationship. Every opportunity for healing begins within one."

Our Perspective

Mental and physical health matters. Relationship Health matters just as much.

Research consistently demonstrates what many of us already sense intuitively: healthy relationships improve emotional well-being, resilience, recovery outcomes, parenting, workplace satisfaction, and overall quality of life. Most care focuses on what's happening inside a person. We believe that's essential, and incomplete. Because most of what we experience happens between people.

  • Anxiety changes how we relate to uncertainty.
  • Addiction changes how we relate to ourselves and others.
  • Trauma changes how we relate to safety and trust.
  • Depression changes how we relate to hope.

When the relational dimension is addressed alongside the personal, healing goes deeper and lasts longer.

Our Philosophy

Healing rarely happens in isolation.
It happens through connection.

How We Work

We begin by listening.

No two people experience life the same way.
That's why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all care.

Every relationship is unique. Every family has its own story.
Every individual brings different strengths, challenges, and goals to this work.

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, trauma-informed care, and relationship-centered coaching. Rather than focusing only on what isn't working, we help clients recognize their existing strengths, and build from there.

We create a space where healing feels possible, growth feels attainable, and every person feels genuinely seen, heard, and respected.

Who We Serve

Relationship Health touches every stage of life.

Some arrive feeling disconnected. Some feel overwhelmed by conflict. Others simply want healthier relationships than the ones they experienced growing up.

Whatever brings you here, we'll meet you where you are, and walk alongside you toward the relationships you hope to build.

Healthy relationships don't happen by accident.

They are built through awareness, courage, compassion, and intentional effort.

No matter where you find yourself today, change is possible.

Whether you're seeking healing, rebuilding trust, looking for guidance, or simply trying to create healthier relationships than the ones you've known, you don't have to navigate that journey alone.

We would be honored to walk alongside you.
